What cookies are

How we use them

We use two categories of cookies. Our cookie banner asks for your choice on the one that is optional.

Strictly necessary. These make the site work and keep it secure, for example by remembering your cookie choices, protecting the site from bots and letting our hosting platform deliver and monitor the site. They are always on.

Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they use and how the site performs. These cookies stay off unless you accept analytics in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Event registration for CRM Leaders takes place on Lu.ma’s own website, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.

Hosting session identifier

Provider: our hosting platform, Lovable. Category: strictly necessary (hosting analytics). Purpose: links the page views in a single visit so the platform can measure site traffic and performance. It is not used for advertising. Duration: your visit.

Provider: our hosting platform, Lovable. Category: strictly necessary (hosting analytics). Purpose: a background request that records page loads and site performance so the platform can run and monitor the site. It is not used for advertising. Duration: does not store anything on your device.

Provider: our hosting platform, Lovable. Category: strictly necessary (hosting analytics). Purpose: a background request that counts visits to the site in aggregate. It is not used for advertising. Duration: does not store anything on your device.

Provider: Google Analytics. Category: analytics, only with your consent. Purpose: distinguishes visitors to measure how the site is used. Duration: about 13 months.

We review this list whenever we add or remove a tool.

Managing your choices
